    hi everyone.
ive had my m1210 for about a few months now. when i recieved it i formatted and did a fresh install. everythings been pretty sweet until a couple days ago when i realized my computer would freeze up out of nowhere. i thought i might have to just format again, but i realized whenever i used the blue multimedia buttons (mute, volume up/down, play, etc), it would cause it to freeze. the pointer still moves but all windows are frozen. i am forced to cold off everytime. can anyone help me?

Go to support.dell.com and update some drivers. BIOS, Audio, see if there are any specific ones for the media buttons and/or related things.
