well, i have been on dell,s forum since 2000, and now they have changed what i had considered a fairly great forum to something that is less than exciting ...seems like dell hires people who don,t have a real insight to a great forum.....sometimes i don,t understand what motivates dell to be sub-stanard.....i like some of dells products,,,but it seems like they are slipping, even in their desktops are becoming wallmart looking .dell could have been a great company but as with other great companys, the stockholders greed for the bottom line ruins great companys.

since dells forum are not to my liking,, i will bring my small brain here and help dell owners the best i can.....so expect to see me here some.....

    merry christmas to all.

I haven't been to the Dell forums in awhile -- the forums here are definitely large enough to support quick answers from good people. And the more the merrier when it comes to having you around more to give answers, and Merry Christmas!

I have to agree with you on the change in Dell's Community forums, the form that it is in now is not as good as the old Dell Community forums which at one time were much more informative but if I might make a suggestion, if you plan to help Dell owners out with their computer problems work on your grammar, spelling, and typing because it's terrible but if you're just a kid in junior high school I'll overlook it.

Dell should focus on their computers and leave the community support to other sites. It is good that they offer them but they are overrun with people without a clue. The forums here are much more helpful.
