    Hi,

as my Thinkpad is going to die on me, I'm looking for a new Notebook. I'm currently favouring Dell, mainly because of their high resolution displays.
What I would like to know, how are the displays when exposed to sunlight? Is it possible to work outside, or do I still have to confine myself to my appartement?

    Regards,
    senwong

Anything short of a plasma screen will seem dim with direct sunlight. If it is overcast, you should be fine.
