It's around US$1950, right? I think it's a good price, since this system starts at $1730...

I got my specs with 3 year warranty for £889 but that was last sunday and i think prices might have gone up since then. you are getting the T7300 as well, so seems like a pretty good deal but of coursr any more you can knock off is always good!

good luck getting your deal! and i hope you're prepared to wait a while for it!

oh and i had to add bluetooth, wasnt included for me, are you not paying extra for that then?

just told them my budget was £950, and no more. he was pushing an 15" inspiron on me for a decent deal but i really wanted the xps so i just waited.

ideally i want a little more as i know its possible, but my haggling can be too hard sometimes so i dont want to blow it

eh, you can get much better specs for less money ( asus s96s), then again, you are paying for the looks atm and probably dont want to buy one with generic case :D

looking through the proposal i see that it didnt contain the bluetooth module so i picked him up on that and it was included at no extra cost :)

so we settled at £958 and a delivery date of the 8th of august!

happy and content i think i am, but stil wondering if i could have got some more thrown in as well lol

its going to knock the spots off of the laptop i curently have so i guess i am happy :) :)

you will not get 5 hours of battery life
    you should honestly wait
the price will drop soon and there will be deals

Why would prices drop soon on a laptop that is so high in demand? There's already quite a lead time on the existing orders so I don't see what they would gain by downing the price.

the price has gone up not down on these and the deals have dried up so its going to be a long wait i think, and 3 weeks is going to be quite long
enough as it is for my liking!
