    does dhl tracking update frequently?

    i have heard sometimes dhl updates all at once when its actually delivered. has this been true to some of you or does dhl update everytime there really is an update?

    DHL is pretty bad (my opinion :)) and also yea for me they update it all at once but obiviously it just varies....sigh

    It has updated twice today for me, and mine isn't supposed to be delivered until 9/4.

    Hey biohzrd how are you getting these detailed updates? I can only see the stages from order processing, pre-production, in production (where I'm stuck at and have been for the last month), delivery prep, and shipped.

    Ya gotta check several times per day with DHL, at least that was my experience. Last week they kept saying my lappy was going to be delivered on Aug 22...kept saying that but on the morning of Aug 21....I called about 9am still had the same Aug 22 delivery date...by chance I called again about 11:00am and the darn thing said my lappy would be delivered Aug 21!! Glad I called again cuz my lappy showed up about 1 hour later!

    I agree - I didn't have to wait for too long for someone to answer the phone, and they were able to give me better status information than their own website!

    The people there are actually really friendly... I just find it weird that I have tracking numbers for three things, Mouse, computer, computrace.... it's funny to me that the computer, the one that shipped first out of the three, is still the only one without any information on it, but it has a tracking number and the DHL people were able to tell me where it was...

    Processed at what DHL location? Where?! Gah, it is so frustrating to know my laptop is soo close.

    Update: I just called, and the reps are much more helpful. My laptop left Allentown, PA yesterday evening, and it's heading north! :)
