Ive searched hi and low and I cannot locate it. I just recently received my e1405 from dell and the first order of business was to reformat and reinstall Windows on it.

I am getting a blue screen when I am in the Windows setup, Im assuming it is because Im not loading the correct SATA drivers. I did not find anything on the Dell website and I was able to locate the chipset on intel's website but I am still getting a blue screen at the same point.

Anyone have a link to where I can get the correct drivers? Im stuck in the Windows setup screen btw.

    Thanks!

I just checked under Device Manager / Intel SATA Controller and get the following driver:-

    drivers1.jpg

It therefore looks like you should just be getting it from the Intel chipset.

    Good luck,
