    Hello,
I plan to purchase a laptop with a Core Duo T2050 with a 533Mhz FSB and I would like to change the FSB to 666Mhz (it would turn the T2050 in a T2500). Does someone knows if the DELL bios allows to set the FSB speed?
If it does not, is it possible to do it from windows with clockgen or another utility?

    Thank you for your feedback!

You cant change the FSB through the BIOS. The T20xx series are locked at 533Mhz. In order to have a higher FSB and utilize 667Mhz RAM, you need the T2300 and above processors.

Thanks! That's what I wanted to know. (on some MB we can play with the FSB speed) but it is safer for dell to lock it on their laptop.
