Some people here returned them iv noticed.

I'm more interested in the high resolution (1400x900) truelife LCD.

I personally like HP's budget notebooks better, but they do not have a higher resolution option.

I have a picture in my signature link that compares the truelife to a matte screen on my old dell. You could check that out and make a decision. Also I love the truelife screen I give it a great review. I know you will do whats best for you. Go to a store that has laptops on display and check out the glossy screens and look at the matte, that may help.

As far as the screen resolution goes, its 1440x900 and it makes a lot of stuff fit on the small 14.1 inch wide screen. I love it and I think you wont be dissapointed. Check out my review in the sig. Thanks and good luck.
