    hi again,

i have a sony digital camera (dsc-t9) and i have a 1gb pro duo stick for it, so i put it into the MS Duo adapter, which in the manual say supposed to go into MS Pro standard size slot. So when i push it in, it goes all the way in, but doesn't "click" in the slot, it pops out, but if i stop pushing right before its all the way in, it stays there, and works fine.

im just wondering if something is wrong with my card reader, or maybe its not designed for those things, or adapter is faulty, or is it working the way its supposed to be?

Mine was kinda weird when I tried to use those cards too, I could push it in and it would pop back out, then I could push it in and hold it and it would read, but when I let go it would pop out again, Finally I just pushed it in harder then I thought I would have to, and it worked fine. :S

Yeah, I think it only does that with the Memory sticks(at least as far as the cards I have tested). For me I pushed it in harder then what I'm comfortable with, but thats what it took for it to work.

I've used the regular Sony memory stick, and the small one with the adapter; both worked fine and I didn't feel that I had to exert any excessive force to lock them in :/
