    Windows XP or Vista?

In XP, right click on the desktop and click properties. Go to the settings tab (I think it is settings, it's the rightmost one) and drag the slider all the way to the right.

In Vista right click and choose personalization. Scroll down and open display settings. Drag the slider all the way to the right.
