    Does the E1705 support firewire 800? I cannot find a **** thing about 1394b, or A for that matter... Any info?

    Yes I think it only has the 400-pin Firewire port.

    Nope, it's only got the 4-pin nonpowered mini port. Haven't seen a 400-pin Firewire port, though. :eek:
