    hi.i know this sounds stupid, but when i try to see my shipping info, they say that their is an error on the page, and that i must try again later.what does this mean, other than try again later?is there some problem with my order?they cant cancel it now, right?please help!!

    My page would say shipped, but that no data was available for the carrier or tracking status. It stayed this way until the day it arrived.

    so it doesnt mean that it is canceled?thank god!i was really freaked that it would be canceled due to ftc rules or something

    wait so. you didn't have a tracking number at all until it was delivered?

    i didnt have a tacking number for my carry case until it arrived.the guy said i will get the tracking number on monday, but the case came faster than the number!

    Yep, I tried calling their automated system and putting in my order number to find out if I had a tracking number and also got a "Tracking information is not available at this time". As it turns out, UPS had already tried to deliver it the day before when I had gone out to eat. I didn't realize it until that evening when they made their second delivery attempt.
