    error. NET Framework in Windows Vista

    hello, for some days I'm having problems with Microsoft. Net Framework.
    My laptop has Windows Vista Home Premium and whenever I get a turn off the window with the message sgte:

    "Microsoft. Net Framework"
    "Unhandled exception has occurred in tour application. If your click Continue the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close inmediately"
    "Error creating window handle"


    in this window I get three buttons: "Details, Continue and Quit"
    eh formatted the laptop but The problem remains :(
    Because this error comes? happens you ah? Can you help please?

    Try installing the latest version of the .NET Framework from Microsoft's website.

    It's unlikely it's actually an error with the framework. It's the runtime for many of Microsoft's programming languages. A program that was written in .net isn't handling the shutdown well and is crashing
