    expedited next day shipping is ground

    What's the deal with that? They upgraded my shipping method the day I ordered and then they shipped DHL ground.

    Why is dell doing that when the order is already delayed by more than 30 days?

    there are 2 kinds of what dell calls "express" delivery... there is overnight and then what dhl calls ground express.. this may have been what you got the same thing happened to me the first time the next time i called i specified i wanted OVERNIGHT, sometimes its also not totally dell's fault when i called in dell told me no it states (now this is the second time) OVERNIGHT... they called dhl while i was on hold and the dell rep said dhl shipped it out the "ground express" ... hard to say either way..

    Because they are just mean... and figured that they could get you off the phone, by just lying??? (ITS MEAN ALRIGHT) .. jk. .. who knows?

    At lease DHL ground is (usually) quicker than UPS or FedEx ground......
