    Hi all,

I had a laptop which got wet, and I wanted to know if the hd was still working. so after waiting for a day or two, I plugged it in to a different laptop and it started spinning, but then it said "Access Denied" when trying to access it.

I'm trying to figure out if the HD is actually bad or just a corrupt file or something. Because it IS spinning.

(Does anyone know of a good tool to determine if the HD is good?)

    Cheers.
