    Hi,

    I'm buying a dell 1210 (as the title suggests) mostly for traveling, but also for home use. I have seen some 12.1 laptops in the shops and the screen looks a tad too small for watching DVDs at home. So I am also thinking of buying an LCD TV that doubles as a screen. My question is;

    is it possible to connect a tv/monitor to 1210 to watch movies and play games?

    If yes, what connection does the TV need to have to make it compatible with dell?

    What good and fairly cheap TVs can you suggest that double as a monitor? so that both games and movies look good on them? I am thinking of 19-22inch screen.

    Thanks for your help.

    You can buy one of those TV tuners to stick into your expresscard slot. I don't know what monitors to recommend but I heard nvidia's go7400 cannot output 1920x1200 at 32-bit color, something to think about.
