Hi, first I want to thank everyone here for this community. It is so great to have everyone to lean on so to speak! I have a 1330 and I can register fingers without a problem. However, after coming out of sleep or after turning the computer on, the reader will not accept any of my finger swipes. I go fast, slow, hard, soft and everything inbetween, it all turns up failed or bad quality or too fast, etc...; I end up having to use the backup password to get into the computer. Is it normal for the system to accept fingers easily for registration but then not accept any swipes for actual verification? TIA

I would try reinstalling the drivers, see if it fixes your problems.

A lot of the time that can do it.

It's not unusual for computers to have issues after coming out of sleep...happened to me on several of the comps I've had in the past for no discernible reason.
