Ok I got My dell studio 17 1 week ago and everytime the laptop doesn't seem to be on solid surface(my knees the couch, my bedd) there is always the personadigital fingerprint reader asking me to rescan my finger because it didn't scan correctly (and I didn't even put my finger to be read when he ask this) and every seconds or 2 the little finger pics pops and do his stupid sound....

to stop this I close it but I don't want to have to do this, anyone can help ?
