I was using my Dell Inspiron 9400 and I left it for a short while and when I came back the battery had died and the unit went into hibernation as it should. The next time I powered up it had a screen that warned me about the low battery and press F1 to continue, which I did. After it booted up the power indicator was flashing yellow, 4 times quickly and then green for about 1 second and it continues like this. I figured after the battery charged up it would stop, but it hasn't. Now when the computer is off and I put the power cord in the yellow flashing starts up even with the computer in hibernation.

Anybody have a clue to what the 4 yellow flashes is a code for? Is my main battery on its way out? (2.5 years old) or is it my CMOS battery?

    Thanks
