This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    This is not really an order/CS post but I am a long dell user now, both at work and home.

    Dell enterprise products and backward compatibility is actually really great, I especially like how your chargers are backward compatible for many years.
    I have had mostly good experience with your customer service also.

    My question is, is Dell coming out with any AMD Trinity A10 products?
    I have a Vostro 3555 for home use and I'd really like to buy a Trinity A10 version.

    I work on the Dell Social Media Team. I have not heard any information when or if Dell will be shipping the AMD Trinity products. The best thing to do is to keep checking on the Dell website or here on the Notebook Review Forum. Thanks for inquiring!
