This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     getting sound from monitor and laptop speakers at same time?

    i bought an external montior that has speakers on it, when i plug it into the headphone jack my laptop only plays sound out of those speakers. is there any way to have sound come from both the monitor and the laptop? thanks
