in my country, studio 15 comes with ATI Radeon HD 5470-1GB. i want to know whether this graphics card can handle the softwares like photoshop, autocad and mid level games? if not then will i be able to change the graphic card in the future? i have decided to purchase the one with i5-540m processor with 4 gb ram.

Yes, this laptop should be fast enough for you. It can run mid level games on medium or medium low. You can't change the video card, its soldiered to the motherboard. i5 is a good choice, better battery life than i7, pretty fast.
