    hey guys...
    i have problem in my cpu...i get cpu 100% in my task manager.i have installed windows vista home premium in my lap.my lap model is DELL inspirion 9400.Process T5300 1.73.GHz.i hve reinstalled the os...i was having 4 partition.then i deleted all the partition.and once again re install my os.i got the same problm and sometimes the monitor screen flickers.it happens when i install,or open my computer or anythng...by opening a small application.due to this the system became slow..and flickering happens sometimes.while doing no work..it maintains above 50%..then came to 100 or 90..i have fully reinstalled the os.and no application is installed.bt still it happens.can any 1 help plz......PLZ>>>>>

    Um, check your power options? I know that my laptop had one that made my cpu use a minimum of 100% at all times.

    can u tell me what to c in power options..i think some process is eating a lot. i cant find it.can u help me plz.....
