    The card reader supports -

    Memory Stick™
    Memory Stick PRO™
    Secure Digital (SD™ ;)
    SDIO card
    MultiMediaCard™ (MMC)
    xD-Picture Card™

If you're card is one of them make sure the drivers are installed - if not one of them I guess you're out of luck.

You will only have BT if you included it - it's an optional extra not standard.

your card is a multimediacard MMC, so it should be recognized... how about reinstalling the whole thing, or else, try a different type of card, like SD, it might be the case ur card reader is broken??

To activate bluetooth, go to your control panel>Hardware and Sound>Bluetooth Devices. If you don't see that option, then you don't have bluetooth. If you do, you should get a popup screen with lots of tabs. Go to the options tab, and make sure all the options are checked except the one that says "Turn Bluetooth adapter off"
Your computer is now ready to receive files.
    Phone settings:
Sending files is different for all phones. For some, you can just select the file and an option is to send via bluetooth. Others (like mine) you have to select copy then it gives you the option to transfer via bluetooth. Whatever your setup, when you first try to send files, your computer is likely to ask you to setup a security password (and won't transfer files otherwise) so use something simple like 123 and set it to keep the connection active (unless you want to keep typing in the password. When done, you can go back to your bluetooth "options" tab and set them back to the way they were.
