I am using the Anycom USB200 driver for my Dell 355. It is a newer version than the one on Dell's website. There have been reports on problem installing the driver. One problem is the BT module got turned off before the installation and cannot be detected. That can be solved by the patch available at Dell. The other issue with the BT driver installation can be solved by running the INST.MSI in the extracted folder instead of setup.exe. When it prompt for "fn+f2", just click cancel to continue the installation. In any case, make sure you have the BT enabled in the BIOS.
