    help! I did a wrong benchmark or my notebook sux?

    hi

    I removed the battery of my m1330, then on AC mode, with windows vista "balance mode", firewall off, antivirus off. running PCMark05 unregistered, and guess what score I got?

    2534 !!

    what the hell!, other m1330 with similar configuration got around 4300-4600 !! did I do a wrong benchmark or what happened ?!?! (however I got 4.1 on windows index experience )

    t7300 2.0ghz, 2 gb ram, 8400gs, hitachi 120 gb 5400rpm... (latest every driver)

    sorry for my noob question, now I ran on high performance mode and I got a quite well result, I post here so you can compare to you notebook.

    Why balanced mode? Why not max performance?

    You purposely set it to "balanced power" and you wonder why you score a low #.

    LOL I have never do a benchmark, I ran "balanced Mode" because I can't notice the difference between balanced and high performance mode. but the scores has a huge difference.

    I just did a new benchmark and I updated the thread sorry

    There you go, high performance gets you a much better score.
