    hi all i am new in pc and i wont to restore my dell inspiron 6400 1st windows xp welcome screen and choose option and keyboard layout try to remember 1st boot after restore or have new laptop
    i have no recovery portions

    I don’t know how to get back those welcome screens for the second time; but if you want to change something setup during those first few screens then we can help. Just let us know what option you want to change.
