anyway i want to hear your opinion did i got a good deal or should i put some pressure on the phone.

What are you going to be using the lappy for? I have the 1530, and your Option 2 is similar to what I have on mine. :)

And, it works well for me (multi-tasking, music, movies, pics, e-mail) etc.. ;)

Looking at this if you go with Option 2: you are losing the warranty/accidental, and you are changing the HD spec. Almost a $420 difference...I kept the 3 year warranty/accidental. ;)

You also have the 6 cell batt. on both. (I have the 9 cell and 6 cell, and use the 9 cell more often). ;)

You stated you want to keep w/in the $1500 budgeted. Going w/Option 2 will keep you there. Also, it doesn't hurt to check with other Dell reps for a better deal ;) :)

Or, you can keep checking the Dell Outlet til you find what you want. It all depends on what you want in the end. And, how soon you want to get the lappy. :D

    ;) :)

    basically you are right.
you think that i will be able to get a better deal at the outlet?
and i want to know if the warranty and accidental for 3 years worth this amount of money and if yes i will probably need to make some sacrifice on the hardware in order to get it...

Hello, I personally haven't ordered from the outlet (I looked into to it, but decided to buy new). However, I have a friend who orders his notebooks from the outlet all the time, and has found some really good deals. ;) :D

There are others here, that have ordered from the outlet, and have had good results. ;) :)

With the warranty/accidental..it's all how you look at it and yourself..on how you are with notebooks, and such. I got it because this was going to be my 1st lappy..and sometimes can be "accident prone", so it was well worth it for me. ;) :) :)

Just think about the things you will use the lappy for, and go with what HD you think will be appropriate. Like I said, your option #2 was similar to what I have, and works well for me ;) :)

    Hope that helps ;) :)

I would keep the warranty but downgrade the processor to T8300. I also take faster hard drive over the slower one. I would take LED WXGA+ over WSXGA you got there too.
