    hi
i had bought a 1520 a few days ago and found the AUO WXGA+ screen grainy and asked for a replacement LG screen but by mistake i was sent a WXGA LG screen so i called up again and asked for the WXGA+ LG screen.
In reply to my request after a few days i was told that a WXGA+ LG screen with part no. XP 059 is not available in the asia pacific region and hence i was again sent the AUO screen which i refused since the WXGA LG screen does not have the grainy problem and i am happy with it.
now what can i ask from dell for keeping a lower resolution screen than the one i had paid for ??
also please reply soon as on 22 Dec. the 30 days would be over i would not have the option to return the laptop.

I dont think DELL would offer any money back on downgrading the screen res.... Probably some addons like a wireless mouse, usb speakers, a usb drive or something you can ask for as a compensation....
