    well my sound isnt as loud as i want it to be and i heard some ppl installing vista drives. so i was wondering how do u uninstall the sound drives or what ever drives i need to uninstall and how to reinstall the drivers using vista?

    Go to device manager- go to sound and uninstall everything pertaining to sound, reboot, vista automatically finds the drivers and installs the "louder" ones and it viola. Post back if it works.

    thx alot that helped alot and it worked great my sound is way louder and the quality also seems to be better also, i dont know what ppl r talking about... the studio speakers are not that bad, i think there decent

    Ya their decent once you apply that mod, Anyways some songs mite seem a little choppy on high volume.
