Hello, I just ordered XPS 1530 on the 11th, battery delay was a sticking point but to keep me from buying something else an agent called me and gave me free 9-cell upgrade. Prior to this they offered free shipping upgrade or $50 off. The invoice Dell emailed does not match my cart configuration, among other things they changed 3GB mem 250 GB HD to 2GB and 160GB. Downgraded my LED screen also. Cost is the same. Dell chat can't do anything, after 40 mins holding on phone I was disconnected, chat gave me another number and that agent argued with me over what I ordered despite looking at cart configure, transfered me and I hung up after more than half hour hold. Any suggestions? What's the easiest way to cancel? Thanks. They call within seconds to sell and chat agent done then what they say they can't now.

that's what cust service now says but 25% off has expired and sales will not honor it even though order was placed using it. Want to charge the $450 difference. Dell system #2 but def will not be another after this. Third call to them 47 min hold now with maybe 2 min actual conversation and they just hung up again. Oh well
