    help with driver?

    i have no sound right now so i've been downloading every sound and video driver on dell website but nothing is working. can anyone help me?
    i have a dell inspiron e1505.

    well, just don't download 'every' sound /audio driver you find on the dell website. take the one' specific to your system / sound card on your system.

    second, have you checked every setting in the control panel sound options / properties and similar, to make sure they are OK?

    Also, you don't get the sound both in the speakers as well as the headphone'?

    lol, i downloaded all the sound/video drivers for my specific laptop...

    my device manager says that i need my video contorller...

    no sound at all..
