    Hi folks,

Was playing with the 1530 last night and decided to try out those nice earphones you get with it. Now then when I plug it into my speakers the sound is generally quite low. However it does sound ok. (lets be honest sound isn’t the 1530’s strong point) Now when I plugged the headset in it was bloody loud!!! However there was a constant hissing even on low volumes. Has anyone else had this issue? Im a bit reluctant to send it back as the rest of the system is very good.

    What are your thourghts?

I can hear it on my headphones if there's nothing playing, but if there's any sound at all it completely drowns the static out. It really isn't that loud, maybe there's a grounding issue with your sound card...

Does turning down master volume make a difference?
