Hi All,
I have my 1530 here with Bluetooth. I did a reinstall of Windows Vista Ultimate, to "lighten the load" as it were. I would like to use the BT to sync to my Blackberry for calendar/contact purposes, but cannot seem to find how to turn on the BT. It is enabled in the BIOS, but in device manager I cannot find any evidence of BT at all. What am I missing here? Thanks in advance to any/all help.

You Need to switch on the Wifi Slider to On Position . It acts as both WiFi and BT switch
-
Also make sure that bluetooth control is enabled in the BIOS

The wi-fi switch is on, the BIOS is enabled, yet, no Bluetooth. I have a "Bluetooth Devices" icon in the Control Panel, yet it does nothing. What am I missing? Thanks.

I found this, it fixed it. Works fine now. It has to do with downgrading from Vista to XP or a Vista to Vista change, such as clean install.
