    if i wanted to lower the memory on a vostro 1400 to 512, i cant with the th esmart value package. can i buy it without to use a coupon?

    options.

    but if you upgrade other stuff (Like GPU,dvd burner and stuff) its more expensive than smart value i think ($738 with 8400m, 80gb hd, dvd burner)...

    Configure all options (including Smart Value) and compare final prices, thats what i would do =)

    BTW i would choose smart value
