    how do i return mini 9??

    i just checked dell.ca, now they have red one and 32GB ssd. i haven't received my dell mini, i called dell, they say my order is already shipped. how do i change or make return and order the new one?

    If it's already shipped, you can refuse the delivery once it arrives to you..Or, once you receive it, simply call Dell tell them you want to return it ~ ship it back..and simply order a new one :D

    You can also if you want, order the new one now! That way it is in the process of being built (it will cost you money out of pocket though - you will have to pay for it, as with any new purchase)! Until, the one being shipped to you is returned, and credited back to you ~ accordingly!

    But you need to do the return as soon as you can..as the clock starts ticking once you have been invoiced ~ when you want to return something for refund/exchange! ;)

    why dell dont start with more color at the first place? i wonder if there are many people like me returning it.

    I think the original plans (per earlier spec pic's in June), were to have more colors..but they decided to start with Black and White...Now there are more color choices, and I bet that closer to XMas..more will be released :D

    Maybe you want to wait a few days then?? :)

    i kept the bag, it isnt easy to find bags for 9 inches laptop plus it isnt expensive, it is only $28
