    hello,
    i am having trouble turning off the bluetooth cause it hampers the wireless signal strength. can anyone help me out

    but some body told me that it dose not have the bluetooth, and you are saying how to turn off it, its strange

    Right click the icon in the system tray and turn it off or disable it in Device Manager.

    how configer it,

    u mean its bilt in, and configer it from then divice manager
    or any other procedure

    When you order your laptop, bluetooth is an option to buy. If you paid to add the option then yes you have it. If you did not pay for the option, then no you don't. If you bought it from a store and don't know what is included in your laptop you are foolish.

    If you were foolish, you can check in your device manager.

    but problem is that we in our countery get the laptops from the shops, and we dont have any other option for online buying
