I just bought a 9300 and have been playing around with it. my wireless internet card is broken, but thats ok. so iam wondering how do you check the lcd manufacturer? i have a UXGA screen which i must say people Bit** over it way to much...the sparkles are not bad at all and the backlight bleed is very little also.

download powerstrip. Just do a search on the internet. Once installed right click on the icon in system tray, goto Options->Monitor Information. Select "Read data from EDID"
