I had a 2-yr Accidental warranty on my E1505. Let say a year from now my laptop gets damage, will dell give me a brand new laptop with the same specs as my current notebook? Or will they give me credit for the amount I paid for and with that credit just purchase a new laptop. Thanks

If something should happen to your laptop, they will repair it. Think of it as regular warranty but it covers more problems that can occur (drops, spills, etc). If the damage is so severe that they can not fix it, then generally they will give you a laptop with similar specs, but I haven't seen that happen yet. Generally they are able to repair any damage that has occured.
