    how long does your m1330's battery last??

    i check braightness using fn+ down arrow. put it at the lowest then use up arrow, to change it, and counting 1, 2,3... lol j/k you can also use dell direct to check brightness lvl.

    my 6 cell last 3 hours and half now. 5/8 bt off, wifi on, browse and wordprocess, power saver mode

    u have the aero on?and side bar too?to get 3.30 hrs?
    u results r very good.i am gettin 2.30 or a bit more ..

    how can i check my battery wearout?and i tried battery doubler .,results improve hell lot.but it is a trial version ..any one has link to a full version on any other similar link which improves the battery life

    I just did a small battery test; my 6 cell lasted 2hrs 36mins. Watched a complete DivX movie (DVD resolution, 1hr 30mins ) off the HDD, then talked for 30ins on skype and browsed internet for another 30 mins till the battery ran out. Screen brightness at 4 notches under Vista Power Saver mode with Wireless ON and connected the whole time. I think that’s pretty good for a standard 6 Cell.

    I guess it should last around 3.5hrs for light work with wireless. (will do a test later)

    and I get 3:30-5 hrs on wifi, 7/8 brightness.

    A06; it may have the latest motherboard revision as well (didn't check), since I ordered it on Nov 28th.

    nop, i forgot to mention, i also use windows vista battery saver, which disable aero when u are on battery, and i dont have sidebar since i dont like
