    hi please someone help me i got a dell inspiron 1525 but the hd went bad so i got a new one from dell but i cant install the os{vista premiun} it give an error bootmgr is missing. i dont know what to do? please help

    Are you actually booting from the CD or are you just putting the CD in and hitting the power button?
