how to know which drivers to remaining install in dell laptop?

I have installed to windows 8 and after installing I saw the device manager and found only one error sign. That was of amd video driver and I did install and now there is no error sign, so I want to ask that is my lalptop is completely with the updated driver or should I install more driver?

I went to dell driver website , entered the service tag number and clicked to recommended tab with filter option then I found only two drivers to install . sola does it mean my laptop is only two drivers shown in the website or many more to install? please suggest me the solution. I have attached the picture too

If you have no missing devices in Device Manager, you should be fine. Device Manager won't tell you if you're missing any Dell-specific utilities, but if you're getting along fine without them, you probably don't need them.

Also Windows update will get you latest drivers for some of your components. This is the case for Win 7, and I am assuming the same for Win 8.
