    how to open an outlook express dbx file that has been saved

    I had to reinstall win xp. I am now trying to put the email files messages that I saved as dbx files back into outlook express. I thought I could just open the dbx file with outlook express open but that does not work. Does any body know how to do this or can send me to a place that would take me through the process.
