I haven't overclocked my GPU, but I did try and I could have if I wanted (following the guides and information here in NBR). But didn't feel the need for it.

    you will overburn your GPU!
I overclocked my GPU HD 3450 to its/his maximum def 500/500 (standart for HD 3450 is 500/700 but in Dell's version its 500/500)
And it hits right 80-85 C - "in game"
So you can imagine if you put it on 550/550 what temperature you will expect - ~ 90 C (very close to its/his maximum temperature range)

I DO NOT SUGGEST YOU TO OVERCLOCK EXACTLY THIS GPU!

GTA 4 is very hard game.
We tested it on 3-4 different notebooks with "the same" video cards - HD 2400; HD 3450; HD 3430.....
Super bad performance...It is just because this game is very heavy

Try NFS Undercover and Prince of Persia - they will give you good performance on High/medium details

I don't know about CPU sorry!
BUT this is notebook - its voltage and Shina/China speed are/is locked - no options in BIOS!
You can easily harm your CPU or GPU....
By the way - you will not have some drastic improvements from CPU or GPU overclock...
