I have the game aladdin the game from 1994. Now I still wanna play but then I heard that Vista doesn't support these types games anymore. Is it true? IS there any way to get this game work in my XPS m1530?

Seriously want to play this game again. I never have a chance to win Y_Y

You have to have a good graphics card and the game has to support it to do fullscreen. It's Alt+Enter for fullscreen in DOSBox, but the thing is that the window already has the game at full resolution, and I find it comfortable to play in.

Yep ... DOSbox is an excelent way to play old DOS games ... You can find tools to configure DOSbox, some GUIs .. you have to read a little but it works very good.
To play old LucasArts Games (day of the tentacle, Indy Jones, Full Throttle) you can use ScummVM.

Or another way is to create a Virtual Machine (w/ VMware) and install Windows 98 in the virtual machine. The only problem is that virtual machines do no support 3d acceleration, but that doesn't matter w/old DOS games

I have an old Dos game called Blood & Magic that no matter what i do, does not work on vista. DOS box makes the game laggy. even with increasing the speed/FR settings. Simply not usable. I Made a desktop for my Father and had to keep XP on it so he can play his old games. DOSbox is literally a last ditch effort. if you can use XP for those games, do so. use a partition or something.

Also, Can XP be ran on a live disc or something?

Not to derail this thread too much, but Syndicate (the original) game. You must play it. Is there anything more cool than mind-controlling like 500 enemy agents and having them all open fire on someone else? LOL. NO. It's like that scene in Robocop where the one guy gets filled with 7000 rounds of ammo. Sweet.
