    Hello,

I'd like to test my Dell laptop battery? My notebook warranty is still valid... How does Dell test whether the battery is working as it should or has a problem?

    thanks

your battery isnt covered under warranty, unless it flat-out dies. so your only way to test it is to pull the power cord out and see if the laptop stays on. if it does it passed ;)

You could download something like Notebook Hardware Control if you wanted to see the wear level on the battery.
