    I have a few questions:
    1. what is the difference between 1yr onsite service and 1yr wps hw warranty support?
    2. If i have any problem with this lappy can i return it in 21 days like those new products?
    3. If something goes wrong can I ask dell send me a new one with same spec or they will just fix the old one?
    4. how do you guys like the 12inch screen? is it too small for games like linege2 and wow?

    I'll try to answer most of your questions:

    1. Can't help you with the warranty question.
    2. You do have the 21 day return policy.
    3. It's dell's choice with how they'll make the situation right if there is something significantly wrong with your computer.
    4. I have both a dell 12" and an hp 17" -- hard to compare the two sizes since they both have their positives and negatives. I wish I could have a 17" with the weight and power usage of a 12" -- impossible currently.
    5. It looks like you don't have bluetooth, but you can always purchase it for <$50 and install it yourself.
