    ive got an old inspiron 1000 and im lookin to upgrade my hard drive to like a 60gb but i cant find anywhere that states how big my bios supports so i need some help on how big i can go

    good news. the bios (motherboard) doesn't set limits on your hard drive capacity.

    as big as you want, you can have.
