    i6000 media buttons tied to software?

    is there a way to tie the media buttons on the front of my i6000 to software video players such as VLC Media Player, Windows Media Player, etc.?

    Do you have the quickset software installed. This works with windows media explorer on my new 9300. I did not do anything except reinstall everything after formatting the hard drive and it just worked.

    I think it is the same software on the i6000.

    I'd love to find a way to bind the buttons to another piece of software but I highly doubt it's possible.
