    Hi!

My i9300's media program (Dell Media Experience) doesn't seem to want to play dts DVD's that I have. When I try to install one, it gives me the message: "The audio disk or file you are trying to play is not supported by this application. Continuing play may result in a lack of audio output." :(

    1. What does that mean?

    2. Does "a lack of audio output" mean if I try to play this DVD it's wreck my audio card?

    3. Is there a way around this situation? (an 'emulator' or something like that or some other software that would take care of the incompatibility?

By the way, the 1st time I tried to do it, it said the same thing but when I tried again, the DVD did play and there was audio.
I've tried to do it again and, this time, no go. It just seems to load a bit but then it always stops working and displays the same message as above. :(

    Any ideas?

1.) just means that the format isn't supported by Cyberlink PowerDVD

2.) no it won't mess with your video card

3.) probably need to download some other software that does have DTS enable. You might check the Dell Media Experience settings and see if there is a setting for DTS (will be under Audio).
